The Canadian Urological Association guidelines and the International Continence Society state that pelvic floor physiotherapy should be the first line of treatment for incontinence. Contrary to popular belief pelvic floor physiotherapy is much more than just Kegels exercise.  Pelvic floor patients are found to be either over-treated or under-treated due to lack of general awareness and education.

After personal experience, our team recognized the need for in-home treatments as it is found that patients can find it challenging to fully relax and feel comfortable in a clinical setting both of which are important for an effective treatment.

Our vision is to provide exemplary care to patients in the comfort and privacy of their own home to achieve the best results.
