About Us
Contrary to popular belief pelvic floor physiotherapy is much more than just Kegels exercise. Pelvic floor patients are found to be either over-treated or under-treated due to lack of general awareness and education. The Canadian Urological Association guidelines and the International Continence Society state that pelvic floor physiotherapy should be the first line of treatment for incontinence.
We at Femme PhysioCare understand no two bodies and conditions are the same. We focus on well thought out individualized treatment plans to help you on your journey to recovery and help you achieve your goals while maintaining the health of your pelvic floor.
