Anant is THE BEST!!! I saw her while I was pregnant and just had my first postpartum appointment with her. She has helped me so much with my posture and pelvic floor control as well as incontinence control! Postpartum I was TERRIFIED of my pelvic floor, birth was so traumatic and even getting the okay from my midwife I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with anyone or thing near my pelvic floor. I am SO glad that I saw Anant recently, she made me feel SO comfortable in my own skin again and not afraid of my pelvic floor at all. She checked where everything is and addressed all my concerns and encouraged me and reassured me that everything would be okay.Anant is super professional, incredibly warm and kind, with great bedside manners. She makes you feel comfortable and confident. I truly believe everyone needs to see her! She is so great and so passionate about addressing all your issues. She will teach you how to properly breathe! Something you would think you already know how to do but man the power and strength of breathing is incredible when you know how to do it properly and for the benefit of your pelvic floor.I always love seeing Anant! She is such a great conversationalist and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend her to everyone. She is well worth the wait!

Anant is just AMAZING! She is very dedicated to her practice, caring and fun. She would always educate you and explain what needs to be done in order to get better. It is unbelievable how much she has helped me recover. I recommend her a 100%. Thanks Anant for your help and great attitude!

Just had one visit and so far so good! Anant is incredibly knowledgable, but more than that she is really warm and easy to feel comfortable with which makes all the difference in such sensitive physio therapy such as this! She has so far been very thorough and holistic in her approach and I have already come away with so much more understanding and I look forward to seeing my progress.

I’ve been suffering from some chronic pains for the last few years and in just a few sessions, Anant has really made a world of difference with her treatment, it’s almost like the pains never existed and is too good to be true. She’s an extremely knowledgeable physiotherapist; very precise, thorough and knows her job really well. And to top that off, she’s a really warm and friendly person and always welcomes you with a smile. I highly recommend her. Thanks Anant and keep up your great work!!
